Ingredients (2 servings)

1 tablespoon butter
150 g salmon fillet
15 g Japanese plums
4 shiso leaves (3 g)
350 g leftover rice
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon soy sauce

Salmon and Plum Fried Rice

How to Cook

  1. Cut Japanese plums into small pieces and cut shiso leaves into thin strips.
  2. Fry salmon fillet in the pan with butter. Cook and mash salmon into small pieces.
  3. Add rice and stir fry for a couple minutes.
  4. Add plum and shiso leaves.
  5. Season with salt and soy sauce. Stir to combine. Enjoy!
