60 g Chinese sausage
30 g cucumbers
20 g onion
15 g shallots
5 g spring onion
5 g coriander
2 g sliced chili pepper
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar
How to Cook
- Prepare spicy salad dressing, mix lime juice, fish sauce, sugar and sliced chili pepper together.
- Cut Chinese sausage diagonally and fry in the pan until golden brown
- Cut cucumbers, onion, shallots, spring onions and coriander into bite size pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, add everything together and stir well. Enjoy!
