- 1 tablespoon lard
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 3 g dried chili
- 5 g chili pepper
- 100 g brisket, sliced
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 40 g holy basil
How to cook
- Pound garlic, chili and dried chili in a mortar.
- Fry garlic and chili mixture in lard until fragrant.
- Add sliced brisket and stir fry. Do not overcook the beef.
- Season with oyster sauce, fish sauce and sugar.
- Add holy basil and stir. Enjoy!
