Ingredients
- 80 g rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- sliced cucumbers
- sliced shallots
- sliced cayenne pepper
- 1 coriander root
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 200 g minced pork
- 1 tablespoon rice flour
- 1.5 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 1.5 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons egg
- 3 tablespoons chopped coriander
- 2 teaspoons roasted white sesame
- 2 teaspoons black sesame

How to cook
- Prepare Atjar. Boil rice vinegar, sugar and salt together. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add sliced cucumbers, sliced shallots and sliced cayenne pepper.
- Dry the bread for 10-15 minutes to make it crispier.
- Pound together coriander root, garlic and white pepper in a mortar.
- Add minced pork and rice flour. Mix well.
- Season with light soy sauce and oyster sauce.
- Add egg, chopped coriander and roasted white sesame seeds, mix well and spread on the bread.
- Sprinkle with black sesame and fry in hot oil until golden crisp on both sides.
- Cut into pieces and serve with Atjar. Enjoy!
