Deep Fried Pork Toast Recipe (ขนมปังหน้าหมู)

Ingredients

  • 80 g rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • sliced cucumbers
  • sliced shallots
  • sliced cayenne pepper
  • 1 coriander root
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 200 g minced pork
  • 1 tablespoon rice flour
  • 1.5 teaspoon light soy sauce
  • 1.5 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons egg
  • 3 tablespoons chopped coriander
  • 2 teaspoons roasted white sesame
  • 2 teaspoons black sesame

How to cook

  1. Prepare Atjar. Boil rice vinegar, sugar and salt together. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add sliced cucumbers, sliced shallots and sliced cayenne pepper.
  3. Dry the bread for 10-15 minutes to make it crispier.
  4. Pound together coriander root, garlic and white pepper in a mortar.
  5. Add minced pork and rice flour. Mix well.
  6. Season with light soy sauce and oyster sauce.
  7. Add egg, chopped coriander and roasted white sesame seeds, mix well and spread on the bread.
  8. Sprinkle with black sesame and fry in hot oil until golden crisp on both sides.
  9. Cut into pieces and serve with Atjar. Enjoy!
